1) You purchase a gift certificate or print a coupon
2) You will receive the gift certificate or coupon in email within minutes of your request
If you don't receive the email be sure to check your junk-mail/spam folder. Add 
to your safe senders list. You can also print your gift certificates or coupons by clicking My Account
3) You use the gift certificate or coupon
Be sure to read the terms and conditions
4) Upon completion of your visit to the merchant we will email you a survey. Please complete the survey to assist us in rating our merchants.
